1. To establish a vigorous youth ministry in every church
2. To train and equip youth leaders
3. To involve every teen in the process of discipleship
4. To give every student a clear, personal presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ before graduating from high school
5. To involve every youth in the cause of world evangelism
