Cost

Early Registration………$50 per person when postmarked by February 27, 2012

Regular Registration…. .$55 per person when postmarked by March 19, 2012

Late Registration………. Any registrations not postmarked by March 19, 2012 will be handled at the door for $60 per person. (Hotel cutoff 3/26)

Per Service Passes …… Passes will be available for $30 per pass (for one service)

Convention Passes

When you arrive at Convention, you will receive wristband passes with your assigned seating section printed on them.  These wristbands will be necessary for identification purposes during the entire Youth Convention (this means the entire event – all events and activities!).  Please advise all persons in your group that these passes must be presented for all Youth Convention events and activities.  It is important that they do not lose them!  There will be a charge of $5.00 to replace lost or destroyed wristbands. To receive a replacement wrist band, the youth pastor or main group leader and the person needing the replacement must both come to the registration table at the Giant Center.

Seating Assignments

Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis based on the date we receive your registration. Seats on the floor and lower bowl will be assigned to the groups who register the earliest. There is no price reduction to groups who are assigned to seats in the upper bowl. Please see the Seating Information form for a seating diagram and details.

T-shirts

Youth Convention commemorative t-shirts will be offered this year at a cost of only $10.  T-shirts will only be available to pre-order with registrations postmarked by March 19, 2012.  After this deadline, a limited supply of t-shirts and sizes will be available at Youth Convention for $15.00.

Housing

We are very excited to be able to offer you remarkable hotel rates.  Please review the Hotel List; these hotels offer a Convention rate discount.  There is free parking at all of the hotels listed.  Many of the hotels offer free continental breakfast and/or an indoor pool. Make sure that your Hotel Reservation Form is postmarked by March 19, 2012!  Please note that you MUST cancel rooms and make room block changes within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in.  Please be careful in making your hotel registrations. Many hotels are now adopting an early departure fee:  In the event that an individual who has reserved a guest room within the group’s reserved room block checks out prior to the reserved check out date, a fee may be charged to the individual.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you will only use one of the many hotels that are listed to host our Convention guests while attending the Convention.

NOTE: The Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey, our headquarters hotel, will serve as our housing bureau. The Sheraton will be reserved for guests planning to stay both Thursday and Friday nights.

Meals

Directions to a shopping mall will be available at registration for groups that would like to eat in the food court and are willing to travel 10-15 minutes. There are also several fast food restaurants in the immediate area of the Arena and hotels.

Activities

Activities have been planned for you and your students.  You can register for these activities on your group registration form.

Note: All registrations (including activities) are non-refundable. This is true even in the case of bad weather. Group leaders must accompany their groups
