Doug Sayers – District Youth DirectorDoug Sayers serves as the District Youth Director for the Pennsylvania-Delaware District of the Assemblies of God. He has served in this position since 1991. Doug works with nearly 365 churches and thousands of teenagers planning special events and activities throughout the year. Doug also travels extensively in the District, across the nation, and around the world as a special speaker for youth retreats, youth services, camps, and church services. Doug and his wife Susan have been married and involved in ministry together for over twenty-two years. They are parents of an eighteen year old daughter, Jaclyn, and a sixteenyear old son, Chad. b  |

Carissa Shaw – Ministry AssistantCarissa Shaw has been serving as ministry assistant to Doug Sayers since June 2007. She grew up in Ohio where her parents are Assemblies of God pastors. Carissa graduated from Phoenix Masters Commission in 2001 and married her Husband Josh in 2003. After serving as youth pastors at their home church in Ohio for several years, Carissa came home to PA (where she was born and lived until the age of 7) in April 2006 when Josh accepted a pastorate in the area. Carissa currently resides in Carlisle, PA. In her time off she enjoys travel, cooking vegetarian food, reading cookbooks, shopping and spending time with Josh and their dogs Bentley and Scarlet. |

Nicholas Palomo – Creative Media LeadNick joined the youth ministry team in October 2007. Previous to joining the team, he spent the 4 years as an Associate Pastor at The Power Place, in Kennett Square, PA. He is passionate about reaching the lost using relevant communication and cutting edge creative media. Nick loves his family, preaching and teaching the life changing Word of God to all ages, playing Sax and Bass, Apple computers, Starbucks Coffee, running sound, intelligent lighting design, and HD anything. Nick and his wife Donielle have three children, Reuben, Ella, and Eddie. They currently reside in Mt. Holly Springs, PA. |

Jodi Lamer- Event AssistantJodi joined the District Youth team in June 2007 as an assistant. Her passion has been to see young people catch a glimpse of what God can and will do with their future. She is a graduate of Littlestown High School where she developed a love for the game of field hockey. It is also the place where she met Jason. In 1995 Jodi accepted a scholarship to Kent State University where she played Division I Field Hockey for the Lady Flashes. She was moving towards her dream of playing for the U.S. Olympic Field Hockey team. But that same year, God had developed a call in her life to serve in full time ministry. She laid down her dream to pick up God’s call and has not looked back since. Her background is one filled with passion for the Lord and His work, coupled with the knowledge of being on a team. Together, they cause Jodi to be a tremendous asset to the District Youth Ministries. Jason & Jodi live in Dillsburg, PA and are the parents of Jaron, Jalyn, and Jordyn. |
