Doug Sayers – District Youth Director

Doug Sayers serves as the District Youth Director for the Pennsylvania-Delaware District of the Assemblies of God. He has served in this position since 1991. Doug works with nearly 365 churches and thousands of teenagers planning special events and activities throughout the year. Doug also travels extensively in the District, across the nation, and around the world as a special speaker for youth retreats, youth services, camps, and church services.

Doug and his wife Susan have been married and involved in ministry together for over twenty-two years. They are parents of an eighteen-year-old daughter, Jaclyn, and a sixteen-year-old son, Chad.

Sam Cornwell – Creative Media Lead

Sam joined the District Youth team in November 2010. He grew up in Philadelphia and moved to NJ for High School. He is a PennDel PK at heart and has a passion for seeing youth changed by the Gospel.

Sam Graduated from Southeastern University in April 2007 with a degree in Broadcasting and has since spent time in the graphic and web design fields as well as photography and video. He spends what little free time he has sitting at his computer studying up on the latest tech and media trends as well as spending as much time as he can with his beautiful wife Delia.

Tina Roberge – Event Assistant

Tina recently joined the Distrct Youth Ministries team as the Assistant Events Coordinator. Tina gre up in New Hampshire and, with her husband Rob, ministered to youth and children at their local assembly before attending Zion Bible Institute.

Tina and Rob served with Wycliffe Bible Translators for ten years in various capacities. They served as boarding home parents in Nairobi, Kenya for a year and a half before coming to Pennsylvania in 2001 with their children Aaron, Carissa, and Adam.

Rob is now pastoring in Elizabethtown, PA where Tina teached adult sunday school and children’s church.

In her free time Tina likes to read, cook and scrapbook.
