For over 13 years, Austin & Jennifer Jones have seen thousands of lives transformed by the resurrection power of Jesus Christ. From the metropolitan areas of America to the remote parts of Alaska, they have witnessed multitudes of men, women, and children encounter the living God. They actively pursue the lost and passionately proclaim Jesus Christ as Savior, Healer, Baptizer, and soon coming King. As a result of their ministry, many lives have turned to Jesus, pastors and leaders have been established, and churches have been revitalized. Presently, the Joneses serve as US Missionaries with the Assemblies of God. They reside in the Bering Straits Region of Alaska with their two sons Aiden and Wyatt. Austin and Jennifer uphold a strong missional focus in Western Alaska by maintaining a relational and spiritual connection with the churches and leaders that have been touched by their ministry. They posses a deep conviction to preach the full Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth; while equipping, training, and establishing the next generation of leaders. When you arrive at Convention, you will receive wristband passes with your assigned seating section printed on them. These wristbands will be necessary for identification purposes during the entire Youth Convention (this means the entire event – all events and activities!). Please advise all persons in your group that these passes must be presented for all Youth Convention events and activities. It is important that they do not lose them! There will be a charge of $5.00 to replace lost or destroyed wristbands. To receive a replacement wristband, the youth pastor or main group leader and the person needing the replacement must both come to the registration room at the Giant Center.
Youth Convention commemorative t-shirts will be offered this year at a cost of only $10. T-shirts will only be available to pre- order with registrations postmarked by March 15, 2018. After this deadline, a limited supply of t-shirts and sizes will be available at Youth Convention for $15.00.
We are very excited to be able to offer you remarkable hotel rates. Please review the Hotel List; these hotels offer a Convention rate discount. Many of the hotels offer free parking, free continental breakfast, and/or an indoor pool. Make sure that your Hotel Reservation Form is postmarked by March 15, 2018! Please note that you MUST cancel rooms and make room block changes within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in. Please be careful in making your hotel registrations. Many hotels are now adopting an early departure fee: In the event that an individual who has reserved a guest room within the group’s reserved room block checks out prior to the reserved check out date, a fee may be charged to the individual.

Registration is located at both Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill, PA and the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey. You MUST select a registration location when you register. This location can only be changed by contacting our office. Registration will be held from 9am-11am at Christian Life Assembly on Thursday, March 29th and at the Sheraton from 12:30pm-4:00pm on Thursday, March 29th. It will then re-open at 6:00pm at the Giant Center for on-site registration and ticket purchases.

Ushers do a variety of jobs; from serving as our hospitality hosts to welcoming all guests, helping guests find their assigned section/seats, answering their questions or finding the answers if you do not know, receiving the offering and passing out all materials, along with crowd control. Ushers help make the overall event run smoothly and with limited distractions.
Merchandise Sales volunteers will help with set up and tear down all of the vendor booths and registration. They also help with the selling of all PennDel Youth Convention merchandise like t-shirt, books, CD’s & miscellaneous things. They may also work at a merchandise booth of our guest bands, communicators and PennDel Youth Ministries.
Security is responsible for checking wristbands at the doors and during the event, guarding the stage, and making sure nothing suspicious gets in the building or is done to the building.
As a Volunteer Registration/Office Staff member you may be called upon to help as a runner, separating pre-ordered t-shirts, information desk worker, set up and tear down, work at the registration booth, etc.
