Tailored around our collective Spirit-informed values, the penndelyouth leadership alliance focuses on the discipleship outcomes that are the hallmark of AG youth ministry. With four distinct tracks, youth pastors can accelerate their development in the emphasis best suited for themselves or their youth ministry.
Nuts & Bolts
This track focuses on the basics of youth ministry. It is best for new youth pastors, volunteer, and bi-vocational youth pastors. It can also serve as an excellent refresher for veteran youth workers.
The Spirit-empowered Leader
Ministry flows out of being. Who we are determines the kind of ministry we produce. This track focuses on the core characteristics and values of effective Assemblies of God youth pastors.
Exponential Ministry Leadership: Generous YM Culture
This track focuses on catalyzing a culture of generosity or sacrificial giving in your youth ministry. Often experienced in youth ministry through Speed the Light, selfless giving is a result of effective discipleship and the work of the Holy Spirit. Emphasis on setting goals, creating culture, obtaining advanced outcomes through inspiration and encouragement.
Exponential Ministry Leadership: Missional YM Culture
This track focuses on catalyzing a culture of “students reaching students.” This culture is most often effectively experienced through Youth Alive strategies. Emphasis on setting goals, creating culture, obtaining advanced discipleship outcomes through equipping and empowering.
