We are very excited to offer you an incredible rate for the resort rooms on-site at Kalahari. You can reserve a room for $272 a night (Friday & Saturday night) & $171 (Sunday night). This reservation includes four (4) waterpark passes. You may add up to two (2) additional guests per room for $50 per person, per night each; this also includes waterpark passes!

If you are booking 10 rooms or more, there at two dates to keep in mind: please reach out to Heather Schenkerberg at HSchenkerberg@KalahariResorts.com by August 26, 2026 with the initial information listed in the PDF below. Your final information is due September 9, 2026.

(NOTE: this method of booking rooms is not mandatory for more than 10 rooms, rather a resource to make your room booking experience easier working one on one with our Representative at Kalahari.)

All other hotel reservations must be completed by September 15, 2026 in order to receive our PDYN Group Rate!

  • Please see below for the general schedule. A detailed schedule will be released here on our website mid-September.

    Saturday, October 10

    • Check in: 2pm-5pm

    • Service: 8pm

    Sunday, October 11

    • Youth Alive Opening Session: 9:15am

    • Youth Alive Workshops: 10am-12pm

    • Pre-Show Concert: 7pm

    • Service: 8pm

    Monday, October 12

    • Service: 9:30am

    • Departure: 12pm

  • There are two check-in processes you will go through:

    1. Your on-site contact (main group leader) will check in to get your rooms and waterpark passes with staff at Kalahari in the main lobby starting at 4pm. (Please see “booking rooms will success” documents for specific check in instructions)

    2. One group leader will check in with the penndelyouth team for Convention outside of the Kilimanjaro Ballroom at the info booth from 2pm-5pm.

  • Seating for Convention services is first-come, first-serve basis, except for groups of 50 attendees or more! Groups that have at least 50 people will have pre-assigned seating for your group to sit together.

  • Every attendee will go through a security checkpoint prior to entering the main ballroom before all services.

    All bags will be subject to checks, regardless of size or if they are clear.

  • Kalahari Resorts observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM across all guest sleeping room floors. During this time, all noise must be kept low, and amplified music or loud speakers are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.

  • You will receive a wristband upon registration with the penndelyouth team. You must have a wristband in order to enter services/Youth Alive workshops. If you lose or break your wristband, you can get a replacement at the info desk for $3.

  • Kalahari Resort is 100% cashless. They accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    There are kiosks available to enter cash for a preloaded Mastercard that will then be able to be used outside of Kalahari if you don’t end up using all the funds at Kalahari.

    Cash is accepted at the penndelyouth Merch Booth as well for the Fall Give Speed the Light offering.

  • Registration is non-refundable and is not transferable between churches.
