2020 fine arts

Fine Arts is a discipleship tool of national youth ministries designed to “help students discover and develop their ministry gifts.”

Beginning in September each year, over 70,000 junior and senior high school students begin preparing their entries for the Sectional, District, and National Fine Arts Festivals. Students may enter categories offered in 7 main divisions: Art, Communication, Drama, Exhibition, Instrumental, Vocal, and Writing.

  • .Sectional Festival.
    • Festival – February 15, 2020

    • Deadline to register – January 23, 2020

    All creative writing, short film, mini-saga, and promo video must be sent by January 16 to be accepted for the festival.

  • .District Festival.
    • District Festival – April 8-10, 2020

2020 changes

Please consult the Fine Arts application for approved PennDel Categories. The PennDel Ministry Network encourages students in their ministry development and will only include Fine Arts Categories with Ministry Effectiveness as part of the evaluation criteria.


  1. The location for the 2020 National Fine Arts Festival is Columbus, Ohio.
