Exponential Ministry Leadership: Missional YM Culture
This track focuses on catalyzing a culture of “students reaching students.” This culture is most often effectively experienced through Youth Alive strategies. Emphasis on setting goals, creating culture, obtaining advanced discipleship outcomes through equipping and empowering.
Students sharing their faith with other students should be a natural outcome of discipleship. So why does it happen so rarely? Missional discipleship is an intentional process, not an accidental occurrence. In this track you will receive the leadership lessons and practical strategy necessary to create a missional culture in your youth ministry. Properly implemented, students reaching students will become the expectation of your youth ministry as opposed to the exception. This track takes place partially online and partially in-person, and it will be done with a group of youth pastors. Online sessions take place during the day. The in-person component is a 3-day leadership retreat with other youth pastors and leaders. The cost is $250, which includes the cost of the retreat.
