The Spirit-empowered Leader

Ministry flows out of being. Who we are determines the kind of ministry we produce. This track focuses on the core characteristics and values of effective Assemblies of God youth pastors.

The internal development of a spiritual leader is critical for long-term success in youth ministry. This track focuses on you—the leader. What does it mean to be a Spirit-empowered leader? What does God want to do in you so that your youth ministry can achieve it’s Spirit-empowered potential? This track takes place partially online and partially in-person, and it will be done with a group of youth pastors. Online sessions take place during the day. The in-person component is a 3-day leadership retreat with other youth pastors and leaders. The cost is $250, which includes the cost of the retreat.
